It’s no April Fool’s prank – on April 1st, 2017, Markowitz Communications is celebrating its 20th Anniversary! That’s 630,720,000 seconds, 10,512,000 minutes, 7,300 days, and 105 dog years of creative public relations and integrated marketing. We’re only one human year away from being of legal drinking age – yay!
Our team is asking you to help us celebrate by sending in your favorite memories of Markowitz Communications. Easy enough? Well, you don’t know us very well then because there’s a catch. We want you to submit these memories in 20 second videos. 20 years in 20 seconds, get it? Our only guideline is that you record a short “Happy Anniversary!” message at the end of your video.
Once you’ve crafted your 20 second clip, upload the video to your favorite social media channel with the tag #MarkoComm20. We’ll be sorting through the submissions and sharing them. Feeling lazy? Send it over to livia@beta.technodreamcenter.com and we’ll take care of the social media part for you.
What started as Saul and Bonnie’s vision transformed into a locally and nationally recognized public relations/marketing agency. From national PetSmart campaigns, to asking the world to wear their favorite sweater in honor of Mister Roger’s birthday for “Won’t You Be My Neighbor Days”, to rubber ducks, and so much more, Markowitz Communications has been through it all. In fact, we’re behind a lot of shenanigans that you probably didn’t realize we did. Remember when the word “Jagoff” was accepted into the Oxford Dictionary? Or when the Bat Signal was projected on Fifth Avenue Place downtown when Christian Bale was in the ‘Burgh filming the iconic movie? Who knew?
While Markowitz Communications was born on April Fool’s Day in 1997, the firm’s legacy and reputation are no prank. We look forward many years to come, working both regionally and nationally.
We’re also excited to look back on our memories over the past 20 years with you. Any questions?
Thanks for sharing your memories with us!
